Relay harness is mainly used for switching, signal transmission and electrical isolation of control circuits, and is commonly used in the following scenarios:
1. Industrial automation
PLC control system: connect PLC and actuators (such as solenoid valves, motors) to achieve automated process control.
Motor control: used for start-stop and speed regulation circuits of contactors and inverters.
Safety circuit: signal transmission of emergency stop buttons and safety relays.
Example: 0.5~2.5mm² shielded harness, anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Body control module (BCM): relay control harness for windows, lights, and wipers.
Power system: high-temperature resistant silicone harness (-40℃~150℃) for fuel pumps and starter relays.
New energy vehicles: high-voltage relay harness (such as battery management system BMS), which must meet ISO 6722 standards.
3. Home appliances and consumer electronics
Smart home: compressor control relay circuits for air conditioners and refrigerators.
Power management: Overload protection relay connection wire in household distribution box.
Example: Flame retardant PVC wire (UL94 V-0 certified), wire diameter 0.2~1mm².
4. Power system
Distribution protection: Signal acquisition and control harness for circuit breakers and relay protection devices.
Substation automation: GOOSE communication (optical fiber or shielded twisted pair) connection protection relay.
